Easter Weekend- Friday Supper

My mom’s favorite thing to eat in the world is lobster, it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite things too. Especially when the weather is warm and fresh, corn is in season. Friday night home we boiled lobster and corn. A simple, supper that is out of this world. I boiled the corn for maybe three minutes and after a pat of butter and a pinch of kosher salt and cracked pepper it was ready to eat. For the lobsters (that were alive and kicking :/) boil them until the antenna pulls out easily and enjoy.
