It didn’t photogprah that well but it is delicious and a GREAT way to get your veggies in!

Run recap: 10 LONG miles this am with 3 at tempo pace. This one wore me out–I am recovering with smoothies, tart cherry juice and lots of nuun waters. We have the PRETTIEST day so I was so thankful to be out and about enjoying our weather (7o degrees and not a cloud in the sky) I also got to listen to Pinelake sermon on my very favorite passage in scripture Romans 8:38-39–if you have 45 minutes in the car are on a walk, be encouraged by this Word!
