Grilled Napa Cabbage

Bowen and I went to the beach yesterday afternoon and did some bike riding in OBA, luckily I did manage stay on the bike for most of the ride 😉 


Some of you requested the grilled napa cabbage recipe and it’s a good one to keep on hand!  I actually had a salad with lots of cabbage for lunch which reminded me to post 



Grilled Napa Cabbage

  1. 1 large head of napa cabbage, quartered
  2. 1 T olive oil (and pastry brush)
  3. kosher salt & cracked pepper
Miso vinaigrette
  1. 2 tsp white miso paste
  2. 1 T lemon juice
  3. 1/2 grated fresh ginger
  4. 1 T olive oil
  5. 1 tsp soy sauce
  6. (mix together)
  1. Heat grill to high. Quarter napa cabbage, leaving core intact (so that the leaves don't fall through the grates) Next, brush cabbage lightly with olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper. Grill cabbage, flat side down for 3 minutes, flip and grill all sides for 3 minutes or until charred. Remove and drizzle with miso vinaigrette
